But don't think that's going to work with me, okay?" the blonde giggled, grinning widely at Ary. Flail! Bry knew this! Her papa was doing so fantastic in his own chosen career path. Same for her mama even though her mama hadn't actually ever planned to become a Hogwarts Professor. As with her own parents... Bry wiggled her fingers at uncle Adi's plague. "Hiya Uncle Adi!" Ahem. Huh? Now why would he think that? Bry tilted her head at him in clear confusion. "Why would you think that? You'd make an EPIC student leader!" And no, she wasn't just saying that because he's her boyfriend.
As Aryan moved over towards the trophy's and plagues dedicated towards go stones, she obviously moved over with him. "Gobstones? Sure. You enjoy it don't you? You always beat me. There's never any harm in trying."
Ary most certainly did remember that! He also remembered feeling that he would be a terrible person if he continued to insist that being a Ninja Warrior wasn’t a real occupation so he had shut up from then on. All the Ninja training made Bry happy and who was he to make her feel otherwise?
Now that got a laugh out of Ary. “I’ve already learnt that much. You’re forever crazy.” And he meant this in the best of ways because unlike most others, he could handle Bry’s crazy. “I can hear dad saying hi back to you and inviting you to go help with the griffs.” Because Adi had deemed Ary and Bry old enough to do so now. But now the boy shrugged. “I dunno… other than to think that I wouldn’t be strict when I need to be.” Bry though… all she needed to do was unleash her crazy and any misbehaving student would pull themselves together. “I do. Just not completely sure I’m good enough for the team even though I’ve learnt plenty from dad and Dy.” Ary studied the Gobstones Cup thoughtfully. “But you’re right; there’s no harm in trying. If I do make the team, I’ll get more practice which means I get to beat you quicker everytime we play.” |
