~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ It be like that sometimes. “Wow.”
Ary stood there, mouth slightly agape as he started up at the statue. “Your mama has gone all out with that statue,” he mused to Bry who stood beside him. He could quite stare at it all day but there was work to be done. “You think she’d let us have it after the term ends?” he continued, now stepping into the building. Needless to say the interior sent him into another bout of awe. Aunty Hady definitely had outdone herself! Clearly she had put a lot of thought and effort into letting the students have realistic hatching places as possible.
Today, Ary was going to try to hatch the egg he had gotten a week back. He felt slightly disappointed that it hadn’t yet hatched though he constantly tried to remind himself that eggs took their time and he needed to ensure more hatching conditions needed to be met.
The third year looked down at the cradled egg in a basket layered with a blanket. It was wrapped in another thick blanket as Aunty Hady had suggested. For added measures, there was a Heating Charm on both blankets. “The best place to stash the egg would be one of those warmer areas. Shall we?” |
