Another year was done and dusted at Hogwarts and what a year it had been. A relatively uneventful one too although she had thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the Woodcroft Fair and had spent an alarming amount of time offering every student she passed a factoid of the history of Hogsmeade until they started avoiding her. It wasn’t like she was difficult to spot either, not with the large flowy sleeves and ridiculous cone shaped pointy hat she had adorned to blend in with the medieval theme.
Today she wasn’t quite so flamboyant in her attire although the shade of yellow she had picked out was considerably brighter than she had first thought. Her robe was more of a chartreuse than a mustard and the green belt that was cinching the otherwise oversized garment around her waist was a clashing lime green. “Good evening my fellow ebullient educators” she practically sang as she took her seat on the right of the Dias, poking herself in her pocket with the corner of something as her torso bent. “Would anyone like a chocolate frog card?” she asked, pulling the offending objects out of her pocket and scattering them on the table in front of her.
