~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ It be like that sometimes. Ary could not agree more. With his attachment to Drake, it was just better for him that they were together. Was he being greedy? Perhaps. He would have laughed in amusement had Drake said that out loud; but it was true that Ary did rather enjoy blanket forts. The fact that Drake did too only delighted him further that his buddy would put up with them having an all-year-around fort in their dorm.
He was rather confused for a moment as to Drake’s obvious relief to the comment. “Yes,’’ he reaffirmed, pleased to see Drake happy and at the same time feeling quite puzzled about the reaction. “Isn’t its obvious?” Hmm. Maybe Ary needed to nudge dad Adi to do something outrageous as proof. “Oh yeah, she does. Dunno hows she manages it all. She’s like Superwoman.” There was a nod now. “Yups. Dad Adi and Aunty Hady were ats Hogwarts together. They’ve beens best friends since.” And then he and Bry had became besties too, keeping the apparent family tradition alive. “Really louds noises for one,’’ Ary replied, lowering his voice. They were still at a distance from the caves but with the wind changing directions at times, he wasn’t about to take any risks since it could carry their voices. “No ones sneaking up on them, especially if its a mother dragons involved. They’re very protective of their babies.” Looking around, Ary could see the Reserve staff preparing foods for the creatures’ mealtime. But the important task right now… he pointed to the vast mountains that held massive openings at intervals - these were the mouths of the caves. “Let’s see if we spots any.” |
