Family Background:
Both of Kalen’s parents are from the UK so his American accent can be a bit confusing. Kalen’s mother worked as an Ambassador for England for most of his early years. He spent the better part of his youth in Berlin, Germany due to his mother’s posting there. His mother’s career also had him living in Austria and Turkey for a few years. His father was a beat for the Falmouth Falcons; his career spanned 8 years. When Kalen became old enough to attend school, he received acceptance letters to both Hogwarts and Ilvermorny. His parents chose to send him to Ilvermorny where he could spend his summers with his paternal grandparents who lived in Boston, MA where Kalen’s paternal grandmother was born and raised. Kalen’s father is now one of the coaches for the USA International Quidditch team. His maternal grandfather resides in Devonshire where he is looked after by a freed house elf due to his deteriorating memory.
