It was THAT serious, how this room was basically monochromatic depression, and therefore it needed a splash or ten of colour.

So the confirmation that they were indeed rebuilding the Muggle Technology Centre was more than enough to have Skeet's brain Z O O M I N G through the possibilities of how it should look like here. Which colours, schemes, VIDEO GAME CONSOLES ahem hem hem, and the whole shebang.
