Anashti l Brat Pack l Sally & Dr. Finklestein Drake smiled widely back at Bryony when she arrived, pleased it seemed they were still in a good place as well, before his attention shifted to Ary's arrival. He returned the gentle nudge, whispering a quick "hello" before he also sent smiles to the other familiar faces that had followed into the room after them. With a little bit of renewed optimism for the upcoming lesson (which only grew exponentially later as well when Professor Snout assured there was no debate for the day), Drake didn't even sink in his seat at the Professor's comment post his arrival, which usually he would have done so.
All was well though. History of magic or not, at least there was no personal issues to contend with today.
So... The current topic was smaller populations of individuals was it? Geography was also something Drake would not lost as his strong suits, but when it was confirmed it didn't have to be limited to wizards, he found he did have an answer and raised his hand. "There's a population of mermish folk in the Great Lake. And even with it having 'great' in the name, I imagine it can't house a huge number of one type of it's inhabitants considering how many different species call it home." He wasn't sure if that's exactly what she was looking for, but... He was trying to participate!
