Bathes in Maple Syrup | Dancing Lobster | Mrs. Charlie Weasley | Seneca's Beard | That's So Fetch The library of all places was ... a choice. One of his brows rose without him needing to think about it. He supposed Vera did have a point with it being a large space and there likely not being other people doing the same thing. However, such a location was too quiet for his liking. Plus he didn't want to think about what would happen if they were caught in the act in one of the library's nooks and crannies. But if it meant potentially sneaking into the Restricted Section where no one would bother to check right away... The mental gears were turning now.
Logan's train of thought certainly had moved away from book club talk. Had he been engaged with that conversation instead of thoughts about the library, he might have chimed in with romance novels being a guilty pleasure of his (which would have been said in jest, though one of the very few books he had read completely was related to romance). He also might have suggested that there had to be some sort of commonality they could work off of. Maybe there was a fantasy novel out there that had a little bit of everything they each liked (not that he'd read it for fun, on his own at least). But such comments were not shared.
His attention then jumped back to talk of a snowball fight. He grinned when Allie suggested some competitive flirting and agreed to partner up with him. "A wise decision," he replied with a nod. If they were lucky, the twins would bicker with each other. Or maybe someone would betray their teammate to make things a little more interesting. Only time would tell. In the meantime, he gave Vera one last arm squeeze before they had to be on opposite sides.
Vasco's comments resulted in Logan retorting in a rather Gryffindor way. Quickly the boy reached down and sent a ball of white in the Ravenclaw's direction. Let the fight begin!
