Toothless - Napoleon of Crime - Gryffinclaw - Owl Emissary - Pirate Auror - DoctorDonna Oh goodie…the boy was alright. It would have been a horrible start to the lesson to have to make sure he got to the hospital wing and taken care of. “Aye…tis one of the times I am most grateful for my animangus form,” she mused with a nod in comment to the Slytherin’s remark about all the stairs and long days. Being able to FLY up and down between the floors if she had to travel too far was a blessing. The astronomy professor might have been tempted to ask for more meals in her quarters if that wasn’t an option rather than go back and forth so much with her old bones.

Celeste tilted her head slightly back and forth at Ms. Paton who was the first to answer. “Aye technically so,” she admitted, “though not exactly what I was going for.” The girl’s response was more singular and the topic of the lesson was a bigger picture sort of speak. “Not this time,” she remarked with a shake of her head as the alright boy joined his housemate in speaking up. “Though planets do something make a passing appearance within what we are talking about.” But then Mr. Atreyu-Rehman put it all together and she couldn’t help but smile.
And notice the snakes seem to be the most vocal this class. Well with a Gryffindor 7th year agreeing with them. “Aye, ye are correct, Mr. Atreyu-Rehman. Constellations are precisely what we will be learning about.” And with that she returned to her desk and the board that resided beside it, the word appearing on its dark surface with a tap of her wand. “Constellations are groupings of stars in th’night sky that always appear together. Patterns that men have put together over the centuries as they observed the heavens. Though some on the smaller side are considered more as asterisks and a part of larger true constellations.” The astronomy professor briefly paused to consider how best to avoid confusion. “Kind of like how all snakes are reptiles but not all reptiles are snakes.”
What can she say…she was inspired by the Slytherins. “How many constellations do ye think there are? “ she questioned, moving them on to the next round. “And what de ye think most of them are said to look like?” ooc: Sorry for the delay, had technical difficulties. Moving on in about 24 hours.
