Aurora might’ve been small but her appetite was mighty and it was surprising what she could pack away in such a petite body. As was usually the case, her eyes were gloriously bigger than her belly and with an extremely full stomach from the hearty food of that evening’s dinner time the trek up to the Astronomy tower was even harder than usual. She had originally attempted to take the hike two steps at a time and save some energy for that final push but she quickly realised that her short legs were physically incapable of such a reach and that she would be even more tired by the time she reached the top. So the two-stepped approach was promptly scrapped in favour of running up one flight and pausing again and again until she reached her destination.

“Hi Professor!” the blonde puffed out a little worn from the expedition as she pushed the door open to the Astronomy classroom but otherwise in good spirits. Astronomy was NOT her best subject, in truth it ranked somewhere down the bottom but that wasn’t through lack of trying or effort. She just didn’t get it. It was highly unlikely that she would proceed with the subject beyond her OWLs but that wasn’t Professor Gert’s fault. In fact the fourth year thought the Professor was incredibly wise and graceful much like her Animagus counterpart.

Not really paying attention as to who was already present, the fourteen year old proceeded to find somewhere to sit before her stomach protested against exercise immediately after dinner. Thank Merlin she wouldn’t have too far to go back to her common room.
