Hogwarts RPG Name:
Archie O'Brien
Slytherin
Third Year
Default

Archie would turn his head to look towards the direction of the student who further piggybacked off his answer, Aurora. It was a good question in response to it, and was very true. They were gifted with these abilities to do things which made difficult tasks rather mundane. Magic offered a huge shortcut in many fields. And, after hearing the Professor's own response to her question, the young Archer would add, silently but loud enough for her to hear, "Sometimes the non-magic way of doing things can be a bit of fun. It's like going on a mini adventure almost or trying something new." In other news though, it was good to see that the theoretical answer was still being appreciated and debated on.

When it was time to do so, the Slytherin would jot down what was on the board within his notes. After doing so, from his bag he'd grab his wand, and begin to practice the new charm. Starting off with just the pronunciation, as this was typically the most difficult part about actually learning a new charm for the fair-skinned teen. "Plum-avis...whoops, no." Wrong emphasis. "Pluma-vis?" That sounded slightly better, so he'd put it all together. "Plumavis!" And it would at least be good enough to get the job done, at least in his opinion. The wand motion was easy to perform. Archie would do the tilde motion a few times though just to ensure he had it boiled down to a point where the motion was completely fluid through and through.

As for the other spell mentioned, he didn't feel the need to currently practice that. That was an easy one that he had pretty much nearly perfected.
