Hooper loved Halloween! It was the perfect opportunity for him to dress up in a goofy costume, act all silly and just generally have a good time. Well, he could if he didn’t have his NEWTs but he wasn’t about to let that stop him from admiring the decorations at least.
“Good morning Professor. What’s with the boxes? We finishing the halloween decorations?” Because he was totally down for that.
