 Ary and Charlie Which came first, the phoenix or the flame?
Phoebe was not the biggest fan of school, but she liked charms. Charms had useful purposes and made life easier, so Phoebe took more interest in them than her other subjects. She was better at them, too. Arriving at the classroom a little bit early, she slipped into a seat next to Ary and Charlie. She could see that Charlie had a mask on his face, but she sort of moved on from that as soon as it registered. Maybe he was sick again and didn't want to get more sicker. She waved excitedly at both of them. "Look at these new pens my brother sent me! There are four, and they all write in black!" Phoebe was SO excited.
Having said her hellos, she immediately turned her attention to the box by her desk. How did this thing open? She wanted to see what was inside. |
