But as she settled, his eyes opened as his head turned towards her and she was awarded one of his lazy smiles which she quickly returned. "Quite, thank you. You're a very comfortable footstool." She replied, a light teasing tone. She would have inquired if he was as well, but she was distracted by the sound of the compartment door opening again and an entering blonde asking if he knew where Vera was.

The twin. Which meant this must have been best friend and now sister's boyfriend. She leaned over slightly to observe him, her curly hair tied into a pony tail that flopped to the side as she did so. Noticing the confused look at her legs resting on top of Vasco's, she couldn't help the soft laugh. Amusement was clear in her expression as she looked towards her companion again. "Logan?" She asked, taking her guess on which of his Gryffindors this was.

I wouldn't be surprised if she's already lounging around in one of the compartments."

Beelz took this moment while her human was rather comfortable to stand up on his chest and strrrrrrrreeeeeetchhhhhhhhh. Then she turned on her paws with the greatest sense of purpose and made her way over his lap and across Allie's legs right up onto her lap where she promptly laid down on the girls book. She was finished with that anyhow, yes?

Vasco's words almost didn't register in the blond's mind, considering he was still trying to put two and two together. He could assume what was going on easily, though the how and when was the great mystery. The tail end of his best friend was communicating did manage to get through to him.

"Helpful," the Gryffindor replied sarcastically, his eyes now focused on the Ravenclaw as he tossed a packet of jelly slugs at the boy's head. His gaze lingered on him for a moment, as if to say they needed to talk. Such a conversation would happen later, of course. There was a girlfriend he had to find, and he could see that Vasco was ... preoccupied. "Well, then I'll be —"

The intentions to depart and continue with his search (and then see what, if anything, Vera knew about this particular development) came to a halt when the blonde girl stated his name. "Logan? Yes, that would be me," he replied, a list of random names running through his mind that were not connecting with the face he was now looking at. "And you are? I'm sorry; Vas wasn't being much of a gentleman by not introducing us to each other."

It was then he noticed the kitten. "And who is this?"
