The first time Phoebe had access to a garden was when she'd arrived at Stemp House at age 7 (before then, she only remembered living in apartments). She'd loved plants every since, and even had a few of her own. Right now, she wasn't allowed to buy any more (not that she had the money to anyways), but that didn't stop Pheebs from hanging around Noltie's Botanical Novelties. She hung around the store like a clumsy little ghost, looking at all the plants and occasionally asking if there was anything she could help with. Today, she was drawing a little picture of a dittany plant to give to the shopkeeper and 'bugging'(at least, she was worried that she was bugging) them with tons of questions about the healing plant. When she was done with all of her questions, she drifted over to Drake, who was standing in the corner. "Can I look at your book too? Please?" She didn't want to encroach on his personal space without permission.
