It was probably better to be cautious, at least from the likable stand point.

Dancer made a lot of sense giving the girls figure and stature. There was also just a certain way that the dancers she knew seemed to hold themselves - she’d noticed it before in Davion’s brother and that one Hufflepuff, and she could see some of it in Julia as well. “That’s a pretty difficult industry to break into, isn’t it? Have you had any luck in the dance world?” She didn’t mean for the question to sound offensive, if it did, she was rather genuinely curious. “Nice that you and your sister were able to find a place together. Get along well then?” Sibling relationships always seemed to fascinate her - perhaps stemming from a morbid curiosity. “Had a brother. Just me now. But my best friends are like family and drop in pretty often.” She certainly wouldn’t call Davion and Liv ‘siblings’ but… they were certainly the only family she had now.

She considered the options for a moment. She’d been to the Leaky Cauldron a bit and it was good, and she certainly hadn’t been there since the change in management, but still… somewhere new sounded nice. “How about The Siren’s Tail?”
The questions that Siofra posed were not taken as offensive in any way. Truthfully, she had heard them before numerous times and knew it was only natural for them to come up. It certainly was a competitive industry, but that was nothing new for Julia. "It is, yes," she replied honestly. "I've been in a few shows since graduating, nothing groundbreaking though. But once your big break comes, then you're pretty much set for life." At least that's what they said in the business.

"We actually live in one of the flats above the alley," she let slip without really thinking about it. She quickly continued speaking once she had realised that piece of information had been said aloud. "But, yeah, we get along pretty well. I can always rely on her for anything." As cliché of a thing to say, it was the truth. Without Jemma, her life would be incredibly different from what it is now.

When it was revealed that the woman had a brother, Julia was at first unsure of how to respond and moved a strand of her hair while she strung a series of words together. "I'm sorry to hear about your brother." There was a pause as she considered whether to ask further but decided that now wasn't the appropriate time. "It is good that you have those who are there for you." She knew she'd be a total mess without her support system.

"The Siren's Tail it is. I worked there as a server while I was at WADA, so I'm sure I can get us a good deal," she replied with a smile. "After you."
