Oliver was out and about looking for gifts. The twins' birthday was coming up soon, and Dragomir's not long after that. Not that he thought his husband would be particularly interested in anything he could find at Weasley's Wizard Wheezes. But he thought that he might be able to find something for the twins. He glanced up and down some aisles. Fireworks were definitely a no. Prank items didn't thrill him, considering they would be in his house. And then aha, the toy aisle. That was what he was looking for.
Oliver was just looking at a self swinging skipping rope when he heard a loud sound. He startled and looked around him, looking for the source. It sounded like it was coming from his left, but there was nothing there but a wall. It was possible that it had come from behind it. He took a few steps closer curiously. Had anyone else heard that? |
