The first year took a while to find the spare office on the sixth-floor corridor, but when he finally noticed the Professor standing near a door in the distance, he breathed a sigh of relief. He wasn't going to be late for class today!

He slung his bag over his other shoulder but accidentally knocked it against a portrait on his left. He almost sneezed as the dust settled in the air and after making sure that it wasn't damaged he approached the group.

Was it just him, or did the Professor appear to be...different today? Was today's lesson so important that they had to appear stoic and unapproachable? Sigh, he wished he could be cool like that one day."Hi everyone" he greeted the group with a wave which caused his bag to slip off his shoulder and hit the ground. Ehm... oops. He picked it up quickly before turning to greet the professor "Hello Professor, why are we not entering the room?" he asked.
