Anna was very accustomed to not knowing how things worked and just generally being clueless about many things. It rarely bothered her but there was just something about not understanding how make-up worked that felt troublesome and maybe even a little...demeaning? It was such a silly notion to even consider but there was a tingle of that happening up and down her spine and eliciting a little bit of a chill through the young Hufflepuffle. There was a great comfort in knowing that she was not alone and in good company though!
"Same," she laughed while looking at her finger and the shimmer upon it. "I was thinking that...maybe it was something you put on your eyes because people always say that eyes are the windows to the soul and it only seems natural that one would want to highlight those...but then what is the difference between it and eyeshadow when some of the eyeshadow options are also pretty sparkly and soft in hue?" AND did one even use their fingers to apply it? Anna was starting to seriously doubt it. "What about...some of these pencil things? I...don't suppose they are meant for you to write self affirmations and other things to yourself with...and it is probably really hard writing on your skin too...since skin is not as flat and smooth as paper."
