There were a hundred reasons why Bowie should probably not be thinking about getting a new tattoo and yet here he was lingering around the door and contemplating whether to step in. The most important reason being that he should be investing his money into savings in order to move out of the tiny rundown studio flat he called home and find somewhere bigger whose wallpaper wasn’t peeling off the wall and where mould wasn’t gathering on the poorly glazed windows.
Preferably somewhere with soundproofing and he could play his guitar and keyboard and sing as loudly as he wanted without the downstairs neighbours banging on his floor with their broom handle. Such were the issues of trying to afford rent in London.
He should move on and just grab the quick bite to eat he was hoping for in between sessions at the studio and yet hesitate he did. The long haired blonde’s eyes lingering on the designs on the wall as if he didn’t already have an idea of what he wanted.
