~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ It be like that sometimes. Reagan would just be herself around him: a lot loud, a little weird, always ready to tease him, and very friendly with him. Those are some of the traits Christopher would always see with her. What he would not see was her budding romantic feelings for him. At least she didn’t plan on flaunting it because that would mean setting herself up for heartbreak if she got too invested in her little crush.
Rea turned her gaze at him when she didn’t hear him speak for a bit. She was surprised to find him watching her and there was a sense of apprehension on her part that she had said something wrong. “Oh.” The little lady was slightly taken aback even though she wasn’t sure what to have expected to hear. “Yes, I suppose that makes sense.” Whomever Christopher chose to have as his wife, she would be very lucky. Reagan felt her stomach squirm with jealousy against this unknown woman, but she smiled. “I hope you get all that you want, Christopher.” Those words were sincere.
HE WOULD MOST CERTAINLY WOULD NOT! Reagan would NOT allow it! Though… she would not say no to the occasional churro. “I like that you can keep up, senior citizen,’’ Rea teased while the purchases were being totalled. She made sure to pay hastily lest Christopher got any ideas. He did not, thankfully and she held out the package for his nieces and nephews to him. “Here you are!” |
