Toad still missing, Solomon had already started to draft his letter home to tell his father. While the family owl was much more important to him, Solly still expected a bad reaction, and was considering a perfect lie to tell to avoid something like a howler being sent his way. This afternoon was a day off from looking for the silly little beast, and Solomon found himself exploring areas he really hadn’t bothered with before. He was quite lazy when it came to castle roaming. Much more of an outdoor guy.
It took him forever to reach the top of the battlements, and he almost turned back around on himself a billion times, but once he had reached the top he felt the view was worth it. The edge kind of giving him a sickly feeling, though he did wonder about practising his Arresto Momentum. .
He stepped a little closer to the edge… ehhhhh… maybe he’d try it with a stone rather than himself. For now, he sat upon a barrel to soothe his sickly stomach.
