Life will certainly be easier once we can use magic whenever we want." Not that her parents would reprimand her for using magic underaged; they hardly reprimanded for things normal parents would fuss for.
BUT LOOOOVE WAS SO HAPPY. "I think ALL love is exciting. I just...I fantasize about being in love myself someday. Not that you are - I just - you know, it's cute," she said as her cheeks turned just a little red. Her thoughts drifted to Moz, and kissing him, and what it made her feel like. She didn't know where he was, but she knew she would see him at the feast, most likely. He had been SUCH an amazing Troy in the musical, and her heart fluttered just a little bit thinking about it. Arden knew something was off about her friend, but she didn't know what, and she was a little terrified to ask what was wrong. Moz could be so distant, and she didn't want him to be even more so with her. Best to just...pretend she didn't know, so she could be his escape, an easy one.
And speaking of the play, Arden replied, "I got to see Mozart's play he was. And spend time with him a lot. Hung out with Ariadne and Aurora," who she loved dearly. "And lots of beach time. LOTS." Since she lived so near a beach. There was no way this growing sixteen year old boy was going to restrict his dietary intake by becoming vegan. Maybe vegetarian and a desperate push but he enjoyed food too much. Besides, he liked to remain physically fit and that meant a lot of protein. “You’re missing out on all those amazing puddings” he smirked a little. “Trifle covered in cream, sticky toffee pudding and ice cream..” His stomach was practically growling at the thought. “Yes because I often send your Mum owls telling her what you get up to at school” he replied sarcastically, a cheeky smile gracing his lips.
Fynley didn’t recall mentioning anywhere that he was in love. His right eyebrow shot up in response to listening to her prattling on about what a fantasy as if she was some heroine in a romance novel. “Riiiiight.. well it’s still relatively new so..” His shoulders shrugged in response. Was he happy? Sure. Did his face light up and his heart beat faster every time he saw him? Maybe. But all this lovey dovey romance stuff was not particularly their style. “The beach is nice. I live— My parents live near the coast.” Taking a stroll along the pebbles used to be the way he’d clear his head. “Sounds like you kept your time pretty occupied then?” Best way to be really, distracted. Obviously Arden hasn’t flunked her OWLs.
