The alarm clock radio blared it's morning ritual, ushering in his departure for lands unknown. The sun light bit down through the blinds, and pierced through Mathius's eyelids. "wake me up before you go go" was picking into my brain, he hated that song. Its melody and awful lyrics put it at the bottom of his life's sound track. Feeling like he had ten grade sand paper grit in his eyes, he lazily rubs the sleep from them. Mathius could hear the ruckus coming from the breakfast table below him, the raised voices of his family starting their day wasn't angry, just noisy. While searching for the "I'm up, just be quiet already" button, his hand found what felt like a squashy bag of water covered in fur. His portly Grey cat started it's purring, almost loud enough to drown out the music. Lying in the crook of Mathius's neck, and taking up most of his pillow, his cat Hana gave him a half lidded stare as if to say "i know you have to get up, but must you disturb my beauty sleep?" Grabbing his trunk, satchel and cat rushing downstairs to get dropped off at the train station.
After an awkward time getting into the station, then platform 9 3/4s, chaos... We are talking full blown fox in the hen house, def con 4 confusion in the place. He found a place to stow his big oaken trunk, before not so much slinked along the corridors, but quietly observe. This was his chance to observe not only those... "We" he had to correct himself, wizards and witches, But potential friends and foes alike. The cat purred all the louder, If cats could snigger it would have.
