He probably had, honestly, and Roman could see the shaky!cup in his dad's hand. "I have to go - my papa looks displeased with me," he said softly. "But Kenneth - maybe we'll see each other on the train! or at the feast! I'm hoping for Slytherin!" he said quickly as he shook Kenneth's hand once and then began to fleeeeeeee!

"Yeah, I guess so," Kenneth agreed with a smile. He'd never really thought about what being an archeologist had really meant for his parents' day-to-day. He supposed he could ask his uncle sometime. He beamed proudly when Roman commented on his [intelligent cloth and his parents being proud. They were dead, so he wasn't sure how proud they were, but...yeah, he supposed they would be proud of him. He nodded.

Kenneth's eyebrows raised, tilting his glasses upward a bit, but he managed to squeak out a "Bye Roman!" before the other boy rushed off. He looked after him for a moment, a little started by the abrupt departure. After gathering himself, he took the stack of books and went to go find his uncle. He needed to find out how many books he could get to take with him to Hogwarts.
