She needed to know where the exits were, where the other people were stood, just so she could fully relax.
"How is your summer going?" Betony assumed it would be busy, what with Vio's popularity, her new (or forthcoming?) siblings and Quidditch camp. She still hadn't decided what sport she wanted to try, and had stuck to the baking and cooking classes that Stemp House offered.
Violeta squished Betony in her arms in return. She really adored this girl. Could she go live her already? Or at least spend 99% at her house? Was that SOOOOO much to ask for?
When it came to exits and familiarizing oneself to their surroundings, Violeta was similar. It was her dad's words of
Constant Vigilance that rang in her mind. Well. At most times. Usually when she was with Momo she didn't feel the need to be on the lookout because he was tall and strong
had big biceps and he was well capable of taking her care of her. Whenever she was with friends her age or younger, her mind went on protective mode. Despite not looking like it due to her cute playful exterior.
"It's going," she said, toning it down a little as she led Betony down the chocolate aisle. "Quidditch is amazing. Home–it's a little loud with all of the babies." One toddler and twin babies to be exact. And that meant her parents' attention was focused on them because they were tiny, and Violeta understood. At least, she tried. "But it's okay. My abuelita is coming to visit for a few weeks," she grinned. "What about you? What have you been up to?"
*abuelita = grandmother.
