HeadGirlMC | Treddie & Trixiver <3 | Copy Girl | Katie's Ickle Minion | I love YOU more Perhaps if they agreed to playing a couple rounds of Wizards Chess once a week Enzo might be a little more lenient to the idea of a jam session in their dorm every once in a while. Not that Fynley really knew how to play chess so wouldn’t exactly make a challenging opponent. Then there was Fynn who could do with some assistance for Keeper practice out on the Quidditch pitch. They might have all been so different but compromise wasn’t exactly hard to achieve and Fynn was at least willing to try for the sanity of the next two years. “I don’t even know what his taste in music is” he chuckled. Was it classical? Opera? Was he secretly a heavy metal head? The Slytherin had such an eclectic taste in music it didn’t really matter to him what others were listening to unless he was trying to sleep.
In the sixteen year olds opinion, humans were humans and therefore they were all equal whether they were magical or muggle or whatever. The very concept on prejudism had always baffled him, especially considering that the Wizarding World could technically inflict more harm to the muggles and therefore should be held responsible for protecting them. He couldn’t help but snort at the Minister being called ‘old’. Poor bloke. At least Joseph agreed with him. “Life would be boring if we just did the same magical things over and over again.” It would be difficult to integrate into muggle communities if they did too.
His shoulders shrugged in response to Joseph’s statement. “I don’t want to care about my grades or studying but..” he sighed audibly. “It just sucks that these stupid exams can dictate what you are able to do for the rest of your life.” Some people, Fynn included, just didn’t test well especially when it came to written exams. That didn’t mean that he was intellectually stupid nor should it mean that he was prohibited from achieving certain careers in the future. If Joseph wanted to skip lessons however Fynn was in.
