Bathes in Maple Syrup | Dancing Lobster | Mrs. Charlie Weasley | Seneca's Beard | That's So Fetch Her cheeks glow like sunshine when she thinks of you.
Her hazel eyes have a special sparkle when she looks at you.
She likes you too!
The words were repeating in his mind like a song that was playing in a loop. All the while, his cheeks started changing colour and soon enough the entire mouthful of food that once was in his mouth was now on his lap. The note was read over a few more times before Logan, whose face had turned rather pink, realized that his mouth had been open the entire time and his pants had become a poor replacement for a plate.
Choice words were muttered as he used the note as a napkin despite the fact that there were plenty of napkins on the table or a simple wand movement he could have used. In fact, he didn't mind that the former paper airplane was being used for cleanup. He didn't want any potential prying eyes to read it, and he also had no use for it anymore. The words were engraved in his mind. Her cheeks glow like sunshine when she thinks of you.
Why was it so difficult getting soggy roast potatoes off of one's pants? And was that gravy stain going to be there forever? Her hazel eyes have a special sparkle when she looks at you.
His face quickly looked up and down the Gryffindor table. He hoped, as his blue eyes scanned the area, that a particular person wasn't there to witness this mess. Thankfully he was in the clear. For now. She likes you too!
He then looked over his shoulder and his eyes glazed over to the Hufflepuff table until they momentarily locked in on the head of one Anna Walles. It was at this point that Logan rose from his seat, the note -- if it could even be called a note in its current state -- still in one hand as the other scooped up his messenger bag. The remains of his lunch were abandoned as he started rushing toward the door.
