Alfie hadn't notice the younger girl come up behind him, but it was hard to miss her once she started talking. He turned, giving her a friendly smile. He'd definitely seen her around before, but they hadn't really spoken, given that they were so far apart in age. But Alfie was happy to talk to her, of course. He nodded enthusiastically in response to her questions about Alfie Jr.
"He is! His name is Alfie Jr. That is a very fun fact, I agree. Does your cousin have any as pets?" He shook his head. "I haven't been yet, actually. But I'll definitely be sure to soon." |
