~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ It be like that sometimes. Reagan, for some reason, was very much determined to leave their past right behind him. She found that she wanted to continue getting to know this side of Christopher - the one who didn’t get on her nerves repeatedly. “I sure do!” She might as well work hard since she was young and had all this energy. “Uh huh… so does that mean you used to get into a lot of trouble then?” Rea was curious. She didn’t know much of Christopher’s past so it made sense to ask about it. The Christopher she knew was the caring and dedicated one, so it was difficult for her to imagine him getting into trouble.
Rea giggled. “Silly little kiddos!’’ Hearing that she had indeed passed the shop, she slapped her forehead. “One summer. I’ve been gone for one summer and I mixed all the shops up.” It didn’t embarrass her at all though; maybe Christopher understood? Yes, he definitely it. The offer that came made her face light up and set her heartbeats skipping. He might be teasing but Rea appreciated the offer. She thought that she was more glad for extended time with in his company, however. “I’d like that,’’ the little lady replied, beaming up at the WAY taller man. “If I wouldn’t be throwing you off of your schedule, that is.” |
