Jay was there at yoga, he was just being quiet and hiding near the back of the room. He'd nodded at his Department Head, Airey, as he'd walked in to let him know that he was there, but as of right now...was he the ONLY one from his department there? Wow. Lame.

Ok, breathing. That seemed simple enough. Jay had never done yoga before, but he knew there was a lot of stretching involved. That was what it looked like on muggle TV shows, at least. Maybe this would be fun? He followed the woman - Lisa, her name was, he believed - and breathed in deeply as instructed. It really did feel good to just stop and focus on your breathing for a few minutes.
