There was some witty quip about how Freddie might make Nearly Headless Nick jealous, but it was lost on him presently. Just a little tongue tied and exhausted from his entirely unproductive afternoon.
"Think I'm good anyway but...er...thanks," the seventh year shrugged in response to the offer. "I'll figure it out eventually." Or just drop the subject since it was still early and he could do that. He had attempted to overload his schedule as a means of keeping himself busy, so it was not a class he necessarily had to shoulder to achieve his goals. Maybe that was why he was having a hard time with the assignment, the casual apathy that revolved around it. Go figure.
Again, could the floating head not? Busing his gaze with the covers of his books for a few moments, the blonde tried to swiftly push away the reminder that blanket forts and fortresses had been his and Aries' thing. He needed to remember their correspondence and how, well, anyway. He just needed to not hold himself back just because he had gotten good at doing so. "...this isn't some elaborate ploy to try and start a tickle fight with me again, is it?" Because Atlas had also gotten quite good at avoiding those too.
They were...problematic. Yes. Problematic.
