Halfway down the corridor the fifteen year old stopped and sat down against the wall. He set aside his book for the moment and instead reached for his small journal in his robes.
Jackson took another deep breath and began to write an apology letter to his cousin Norah. He had just spent some time with the younger Reagan and it had ended in them both arguing about pointless things, including whether or not cats were good animals. Jackson felt bad about the whole thing. He remembered what it was like to be a first year at Hogwarts and how big and overwhelming things could be. The least he could do was be civil with Norah. Jackson let out another sigh. Rosie was enjoying herself, she had been looking around the castle, even though she had heard it was massive now being in the castle she realised just how big it was.
Rosie had been climbing stairs for what felt like hours, but in fact wasn't that long, she decided that even though there were more stairs she would check out the fifth floor.
Oh another Hufflepuff, this one seem to be older though. "How are you today?" Rosie smiled.
