Had Christmas come early? Because when Arden heard there was a new ENTIRE ROOM DEVOTED TO REPTILES she RAN to it. It reminded her of home and her mother SO much that she simply stood in awe the first time she had come in.
And now she had come in at least once a day, and she wanted to help Professor Paton with EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING. Did she know Arden was like a SNAKE AND REPTILE EXPERT???
She tapped her wand to get little miss Circe from her enclosure and help her gently, smiling. "Hey, girly. Long time no see. You're beautiful," she whispered as she sat on the ground to let her do her own thing. Having a reptile crawl allllll over you was something Arden had taken for granted when she was home, and whenever she was back at school she missed all the reptile babies. AND the axolotls. She hadn't written to her mam to tell her about this, yet, but she wondered if she could get Professor Paton to let one of her lizard buddies stay here for the year.....
