At this point Maisey would literally do anything to have an excuse to go explore another part of the castle, or to learn something new about magic. So far she was enjoying all the interesting magical animals in Care of Magical Creatures and the interesting magical plants in Herbology. Even though she had visited the greenhouses a few times and had already had a few lessons under her belt she decided that she just had to come and check out what was going on.
Once she made her way down to the greenhouses, she found the small group that had already started to gather. Heading to the group she spoke to the professor first, not only was the Herbology professor there but so was the defense of the dark arts professor. ”Good morning, Professor Devries and Professor Khanna.” she said with a small smile.
She turned to the group while they waited for instructions. She walked up to her gryffindor yearmate, Nora. ”Hi Nora. I wonder what all supplies and things we will have to help out with.” As she asked, her eyes wandered over to the cart that the supplies were on. Some were labeled some were not, fertilizers, spades for digging and earmuffs…. ”Earmuffs? For herbology? Why?” what on earth? Earmuffs for greenhouses and Herbology? Weird she thought it was just weird. She looked around for some kind of confirmation.
