Yukie liked any reason to be out and about, and to just offer a helping hand whenever she could. She also really happened to enjoy the greenhouses. Plants were pretty, and she'd been so used to being surrounded by them after how many times she's visited her older sister Becky and her friend Cathair's flat. That place would count as a greenhouse all on its own!
The Hufflepuff has been putting on her gloves on the way to Greenhouse One, where she saw a group of people already gathering. Yukie could see Professor DeVries from afar, he was a tall man. Also the new DADA professor, Mr. Khanna, and a smaller girl with the red hair. Probably a first year, judging by the stature. But the student boy with the dark brown hair, she would probably be able to recognise anywhere.
"Hi, Professor DeVries... Professor Khanna," Yukie first greeted the staff members, then smiled and waved at the younger girl (Nora). The littlest Rasting proceeded to stand beside Luca. "Morning," she said to him with a smile, while adjusting her gloves in her hands.
