I overshot my # of books goal ("22 in '22") by a lot (38 total).
It was my first full year without having school, so I underestimated how much time I would spend reading. I tried some new formats-- after watching
Heartstopper I read the graphic novels, and then realized I liked graphic novels.
One of my favorite books of the year was
The Poppy War, which I picked up on a whim while I was on vacation.
I'm upping my # of books goal for next year, but not above what I actually read this year. I don't want to be stressed about it. I do have a lot of sequels on my list for the year, so that should be fun.
