But he was informed that he had to get all of that and was even told her could get a few of his things personalized with his name or monogram, which made it minimally cooler. So here he was, bounding through the door of Scribbulus, in search of parchment and planners that he could have personalized. But before he could find anything that he needed, he spotted someone familiar. Or at least the back of a familiar head.
He was about to greet her jovially as normal, but he thought a different greeting might be fun. The eleven year old quietly crept behind her, then reached out to tap her on her right shoulder while staying behind her left shoulder. He hoped that she'd look to the right when he was really on her left! Haha!
Excuse you, Wiley! Dynah would like to have you know that parchment and quills were life! Without such things as stationery, where would anyone be? Okay, maybe it was being slowly replaced by technology but still… stationery was important.
Dy had decided that the dove notebook was not something she only wanted, but it was definitely what she also needed. Besides, she already knew that her fathers would be more than happy to buy it for her. What she planned to write in it was Gobstones notes - tactics, weaknesses of potential future opponents, their strengths. If she wanted to join a Pro Gobstones team, Dy needed to be prepared in all aspects.
A tap on the shoulder interrupted her thoughts and the little girl immediately looked over her right shoulder. Huh? There was no one there. With a frown, Ms. Atreyu-Rehman turned fully around. Only then did she spot him. The frown dissolved immediately and was replaced with a grin. She rolled her eyes, shook her head then reached out to poke Wiley in the chest.
Caught you! |
