After the book was retrieved, it was sent back to the school by those in the Forbidden Forest... SPOILER!!: quotes! Quote:

Fortunately, neither were necessary, as the Sphinx set the book down in front of their little group. “Thank you for your help,” he said with a polite bow of the head to the Sphinx.
Mission accomplished… well, almost. They still had to get the book to Hernandez’s group… a task which magic would make a lot faster. No sooner had that thought popped into his head that Kazmi suggested using the banishing charm. He stepped forward, joining the headmaster and Anders. “Right, let’s get to it then,” he said, already drawing his wand. With a sidelong glance at Anders, he added, “Be prepared to let go of that book. We wouldn’t want to banish you with it!”
After pausing a moment to allow the others time to get ready to cast, he aimed his wand at the book. “Ready?” he said. “Depulso!” Quote:

Even if he had sort of grown attached to the butterflies he had the ability to summon, the sixth year was sure going to miss their presence.
Banishing the book back to the Castle was a pretty neat idea. The Hufflepuff eyed Carton. The thought of being banished did not amuse him and he immediately nodded. “Ready.’’ Wait! EVERYONE was going to cast the spell?! Was that necessary?
But the moment the group uttered the first syllable of the incantation, Jude let go of the book and watch streaks of light hit it.
Yeah.
He was safe and sound, ready to head back to his sisters, please and thanks. Quote:

With the book safely on its way, it's time the group made its way back as well. You've done your part. Now it's up to the other group to finish the potion so things may soon return to normal.
... all the way to the Dungeon Corridor, where the Potion to destroy it was being brewed ... SPOILER!!: quotes! Quote:

"I got the ashwinder egg as well," he announced as he headed over, taking the egg and heart and dropping them in the cauldron. He then proceeded to start cutting open the avocado while he waited for someone to return with the unicorn horn. Quote:

If one were to open the book, it would reveal the final instructions: Add ½ cup of lacewing flies, and stir clockwise 3 times. Best hurry up and finish the potion! The sooner it's done, the sooner everything can go back to normal! Quote:

If there was anything he knew about potions both from the professor and his father is that time should not be wasted, especially where there wasn’t a point requiring them to wait. Beside as long as everything was right and done correctly, they would all be back to normal and that was better sooner rather than later.
He hurried into the classroom for the horn, carefully measuring out a whole cup and returned without too much passing of time. With the egg and the heart already in the cauldron per Hernandez adding them, he carefully upturned his measuring up filled with the crushed unicorn horn into the cauldron. He then stood by with the stirring rod and awaited the man cutting up the avocado before he did anything with it. His eyes paying careful attention that his proximity didn’t cause anymore water being added.
But wait...what movement? Over on the other side of the cauldron. "I'm guessing that's the book we need?" Quote:

Or at least that's what it appeared like to the fourth year whom normally had no issues at all with this 'power' of hers. In fact she liked it and looked forward to seeing what different flowers would appear and she had learned to adapt to it all very quickly.
However, today, she honestly didn't know what to do in this moment. Just one step and flowers were everywhere. But really... she needed to pay attention! Everyone's help counted right now and every little bit that they all did to get this potion brewed quickly and efficiently paid off in getting everyone healed sooner rather than later. So when she saw Raj leave to get the crushed unicorn horn, she wanted to kick herself. Get your head in the game, Keighley Anders!
While Professor Hernandez took care of the avocado and ashwinder egg and Raj got the crushed unicorn horn... this left the blonde standing there. Standing there at the exact time a nice big ole' book came floating its way into where they all were. Whoa! Was that?! It had to be! "Its got to be!" Keigh nodded her head in response to Raj's question. What other book could it be? With a slight bit of hesitation, she picked the book up and very carefully flipped through the pages until she came to what looked to be the potion. "This must be the potion here," she spoke out loud very quickly reading through the parts they had already done. "The final ingredient is a half cup of lacewing flies and then the potion needs to be stirred clockwise three times. I can go get that."
Not wasting anymore time and setting down the book gently, Keigh hurried off to retrieve the said ingredient. Quickly but very precisely was one half cup of lacewing flies measured out and brought back to the group.
Once the Potion was brewed, the book was thrown in and those pesky powers disappeared... Quote:

That was also a plus about summer break. No Peeves. Thank MERLIN. That poltergeist had driven him absolutely batty this term. Thank goodness he hadn't been lying about that antidote potion that he'd helped them brew. Once they got the book in their hands, Javier had been able to confirm that he'd been giving them the correct instructions - surprisingly.
And they all lived happily ever after
