~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ It be like that sometimes. Keighley would look good in whatever sort of flower crown she wore, no matter the style. Was Jude being biased? Yes. He always was when it came to his baby sister. He started looking around for Cocoa, vividly recalling what he looked like from the lesson but Keigh beat him to it and soon the bunny was in Keigh’s arms. “Hi, Cocoa!’’ The older Puff reached out to give him a pet while balancing Marshmallow in his other hand. To Evan, he remarked happily, “This is Marshmallow. He says thank you for the compliment.” Because yes, Marshy was a little cutie indeed! “Your’s is a handsome little fellow, by the way!” Maybe all of their rabbits could be friends just as their human counterparts were. Ash didn’t speak but the sixth year didn’t mind. He got that everyone went into their own zones and sometimes required quiet times. He simply settled for giving the Ravenclaw girl and her bunny a smile.
Great! It seemed they would be a group! The more, the merrier! Jude, being the outgoing person that he was, could not think of a better way to go ‘hunting’ than in the company of his sister and best friend. Jude set Marshmallow down on the ground and the bunny immediately hopped off, leaving Jude to catch up. But first Jude grabbed a couple of baskets for the group then handed them out. Only then did he bound over to Marshmallow, who had come to a stop and twitching his nose. The Hufflepuff was patient since it seemed that Marshy was doing the important deduction of trying to decide which way to go. In the end, Marshy hopped after Flopsy but halted a little distance away from the other bunny. Like a hunting dog, Marshy prodded his nose into some grass. Of course there wasn’t a bark but there was a thumping of a hind leg. The action made Jude laugh for it reminded him of Thumper.
At least Marshy had found them their first egg! Jude added it to his basket then patted his bunny on the head in reward. |
