There was laughter and he could suddenly see again. Huzzah. Septimus turned his head to look as his companion was revealed as she stepped beside him, the intern greeted with the bright smile that always seemed to grace the face of the woman in question. “Hello,” he greeted Candela with a softer polite smile of his own, finding himself unable to fight the infectiousness. And she was happy to see HIM again. He wasn't sure what to make of that as he was never the most gregarious so it wasn’t like he had a load of friends who could say that about it being lovely to see him again.

He watched her next move, chuckling lightly as she took the initiative and made his ink decision for him. “Why yes…tried and true always works,” he remarked matter of factly with a nod. Why should he change things at the moment if he didn't need to? “Need any for yourself, or was there another reason for coming in besides running into me?” Her own basket currently out of his line of sight.
