Rajesh bent down to drop his gift off under the Hufflepuff-decorated tree, its badger recipient’s name clearly labeled on it (Olive Gracae-Ryans) when a throat was cleared behind him, catching his attention before his name cemented that it was him being looked for. He turned and straightened to be greeted by Atlas…his apparent not-so-Secret Santa. “Um…thanks,” he remarked, accepting the handle of the bucket he was handed with a wrapped portion stuck inside. He almost hesitated expecting some water issues like he had the first time he had gripped a bucket this turn, but so far so good.
“Happy Christmas to you too.”
Were they supposed to be handing presents to each other? Or opening them here and now? His gaze passing to both Ingrid who had planned this all and Olive his Secret Santa as he bit the inside of his cheek in contemplation.
