Most importantly, she had her gift ready. It was neatly wrapped and ready to be handed over but she was going to continue keeping the content of the wrapping paper… under wraps. Practically bouncing her way into the Room, Ms. McLeod was immediately dazzled by the set up. It was all enough to take her breath away! Fortunately, after a couple of seconds, she remembered to breathe. It was just about that time that she spotted Ingrid. “I one hundred percent agree with Olive!’’ she remarked. “Ugh! I could just camp out in here for days!’’ Aria vaguely waved her hand about as an indication - the one which held her present though her sharp gaze was fixed on the Christmas trees. Ah yes, she did adore richly decorated Christmas Trees!

A beaming Hufflepuff waved at everyone gathered so far. Or he thought he waved to everyone because WOW! Look at this place! It was quite the sight and Jude was in love with it all. He made a mental note to offer Ingrid some words of praise when she was less busy. Uh huh. That’s what he was thinking right now as he turned a full three sixty degree, taking in all the decorations.

Without a second thought, the sixth year bustled across the Room in Evan’s direction, reindeer printed gift bag swinging in his left hand. “Ev! Hi!” He reached out to ruffle Evan’s hair briefly as he passed. Jude crashed into a chair opposite. “Christmas will definitely always be my favourite holiday!” he continued randomly. The music, the lights, the food, the decorations… everything! |
