She didn’t, but it was oh so easy to feel like she could get overrun as petite as she was. Let alone the bookworm part of her that came out occasionally. Kinsay James was ready to end the conversation here, to be honest. But she didn't want to seem impolite or raise any alarm bells, and so, reluctantly she would find a way to carry on. It was excruciating though. She was, like, super exhausted and it had very little to do with Cailyn. "Yeah," she agreed in turn, nodding her head slowly.
It was strange. She knew she was in control and yet it felt like her body belonged to someone else, like she was watching it from the outside. Merely an observer. "The more the merrier, right?" Wrong. But she'd pretend. Which wasn't the same thing as lying.
