"I'm gonna need my essence," Mercer flipped carefully through the sketchbook, pausing occasionally to show her things that he liked. Not that she hadn't seen everything, considering she drew it, but he thought she might like to know her effort was appreciated.
"And this is my map," he offered her a surprisingly to-scale drawing of the grounds from above. There was an inky fingerprint along one edge, but the linework was otherwise tidier than expected. "I haven't actually figured out where to put the treasure yet, but I think you need the map first."
