It's definitely strange... how a random, old hat can know you so well..." Some people would get her into real trouble for calling the Sorting Hat a 'random old hat'. "

Don't be sorry. I know a few muggle-borns. I find it soooo interesting to find out about muggles and their world." Muggle items seemed much more common nowadays in the wizarding world, however. Or she just happened to be aware of them.
