The dance is in full swing, the cloudless sky dark, the stars visible overhead. At one end of the dance, a small platform raises itself up out of the ground, just beyond the boundary of the dance floor itself. Here, the music has lowered enough for a speaker to be easily heard.

Just off to the left, the uppermost branches of the trees in the not-so-distant forest sway gently in the slight breeze and silhouetted against the stars. It really is a very beautiful night.
