Violet stopped as instructed, more than a little damp after the practice. She figured she had managed to block about 2/3 of the dummies' attacks, but unfortunately that was not enough to keep her from getting drenched. She was a little disappointed she hadn't won a coin, especially when she heard they alerted one against danger. But she had to admit that her mind had not been entirely on the activity; she was distracted by her personal life, which was such a novelty that she was not quite sure how to handle it. "Goodbye Professor, we'll get those dummies next time," she commented as she exited the room.
