Born in Italy to a Muggleborn father and Muggle mother, Lee’s parents separated when he and his sister Allison were young. Following the death of his birth mother, Lee’s father returned with the two children to London. Shortly after their move, Mr. Porter died tragically in a bus accident, leaving the two Porter children with no family in London to care for them and no family in Italy who wanted them.

Soon, married couple Alicia Andrews and Janina Svensson adopted the two young children, raising them in a loving, if busy, household with a boisterous and supportive extended family. At Hogwarts, Lee started going by his middle name. He kept his head down throughout his years there, mostly focusing on his studies, watching Quidditch matches, and flying on his own.

After Hogwarts, Lee followed his older sister back to Italy, to Naples this time, for his university studies. He followed the courses for pre-healer studies, filling his free time by playing as part of the university’s Quidditch team. Following his graduation, he began healer training part time while also playing as chaser in the Italian Quidditch League. After a year, he tried out for Pride of Portree, and when he got the chaser position, he quit his healer training and moved to Scotland, to be closer to his family.
