Sid was born (17 January 2075) in Lille, France to Ophelia and James Foster. His parents worked in the Arts, his mother works in fashion, designing wizarding robes for fashion models and his father is a painter. His home life was filled with peace and tolerance as his parents encouraged his creativity and individuality.

Sid was accepted to attend Beauxbatons at the age of eleven, he was a hat stall between Bellefeuille and Papillonlisse before being sorted into Bellefeuille. At Beauxbatons, Sid became Captain of the Gobstones team in his sixth and seventh year. By graduation, he was scouted for the Pyrenees Phoenix Gobstone team. He had a huge celebration in his honor for a party that his friends and family threw for him.

Sid played for the Pyrenees Phoenix for a number of years with a solid reputation in scoring. After a number of years, Sid was recruited for the Barnton Basilisks in what would be a scandal in his home country for turning his back after leading them into victory. He would eventually marry and raise three children in his time spare time from the team.
